Is today a heavy day?
It is okay if today is a heavy day for you.
I want you to see these reminders.
If you can, just pick one to remember:
You are not failing, no matter how many days or weeks or months or years it has been.
You are not hopeless, helpless, or holding anyone up.
You are strong just for being here.
You have space and room to let go, to take whatever you need, and to breathe.
You do not have to figure anything out.
You are allowed to stay sad, strong, weak, angry, discouraged.
You are a human with multiple needs, multiple factors, and multiple days.
Let the day happen.
Let the time pass.
Let yourself be however you are.
Know that you have felt this way before and you have also felt better.
You are more than what it is taking from you.
You are taking it back by surviving, showing up, and staying here.
If nothing else, that is enough.
All you have to do today is let it pass. Do what you can. Do not be upset for being human.
Remember on heavy days, it is a day: nothing more, nothing less.
You are not less on today and never will be.

Nothing is judged.
You are human.
You are real and that means living on and through and after heavy days.
There is an after.
Do not try to hold today: try to hold yourself.
If you are up to it, try to hold any hope for tomorrow, or next week/month/year.
